The GetWellBe Podcast

May 14, 2019

Kelli Tennant began to get sick in 2005 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2007 while playing competitive division I volleyball at USC. For five years, she believed she had fibromyalgia, until one day in 2012 she finally decided to go on a journey to figure out what was really wrong with her. What she found was remarkable. Listen to me (Adrienne) interview Kelli as she shares this inspiring tale of recovery. We discussed everything from the Autoimmune protocol to Aryuveda to sage-ing space, journaling, her experience being a “hot” sports reporter covering the LA Lakers and Dodgers, the Paleo diet, her functional medicine doctor, Ozone therapy, the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), lead, arsenic, celery juice, the MTHFR gene, SIBO, leaky gut and most importantly how not living your truth can affect your physical health.
